Tips
- Watch your oven closely. Marshmallows toast (and burn) so quickly!
- For the prettiest presentation, be sure to place the graham crackers “pretty” side down on the baking sheet. This way the more presentable side of the graham cracker faces up on both sides of the sandwich.

How to Store
- At Room Temperature – Let your s’mores cool completely and if you have any left, place them in an airtight container or Ziplock bag. They can be stored at room temperature safely for up to 3-4 days.
- Refrigerate – Don’t refrigerate your s’mores ingredients (separately or after they are made) because they will become soggy thanks to the humidity.
- Freeze – Make freezer s’mores by simply wrapping these in an airtight container after baking. They are deliciously different when served chilled, right out of the freezer – perfect for hot summer days! Store tightly wrapped for up to three months in your freezer.
